Home - Cairo

On arrival into Cairo International Airport you will be met by a Soliman Travel representative prior to passport control, our representative will obtain your entry visa which is included in your trip (British Passport holders only). You will than have a private transfer to your hotel.

Pyramids of Giza & Sakkara

Full day private guided tour to visit the spectacular Pyramids of Giza, the legendary Sphinx and The Valley Temple. Drive further south to Memphis to visit the Step Pyramid of Sakkara

Optional evening tour: Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids of Giza

Cairo City Tour

A full-day private guided tour exploring this wonderful city of contrasts, where the ancient world sits comfortably with the hustle and bustle of the modern world. Start the day wondering through the innumerable ancient artefacts and treasures housed at the Egyptian Museum, on the famous Tahrir Square. Continue the day exploring Old Coptic Christian Cairo including the Hanging Church (built high on top of the Old Roman Babylon Fort) and Abu Serga Church. Visit the Ben Ezra Synagogue in the Old Jewish Quarter, Followed by the 12th-Century Citadel of Salah El Din and the Mohamed Ali Mosque. Finish the day , exploring Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of the world's oldest markets and the largest in the Middle East.

Pick-Up from hotel by a Soliman Travel representative and taken on a private road transfer to Alexandria.

On arrival enjoy a 2 night stay at the Steigenberger Cecil based on Bed & Breakfast

Afternoon trip to visit The Catacombs of Kom El  Sogafa, Pompey's Pillar & The Bibliotecha

Overnight Alexandria

day 5

Continue your tour of Alexandria including a visit to the site of the old lighthouse with a visit to the neighbouring Citadel of Qeitbay dating back to the fourteenth century A.D. Continue with a visit to Al Montazah Gardens

Pick up from a Soliman Travel representative and taken on a private road transfer back to Cairo International Airport

Cairo - Luxor

Upon arrival into Luxor International Airport a Soliman Travel representative will meet you outside the airport, you will than have a private transfer to your Nile Cruise.

Spend 4 nights on board the MS NILE PLAZA OR MS OPERA based on Full Board

AM: Free at Leisure

PM: Visit the Temple of Karnak & The Temple of Luxor

Overnight Luxor

day 8

AM: Cross to the West Bank. Visit the Necropolis of Thebes, Valley Of The Kings, The Temple of Queen Hutshepsut and the Colossi Of Memnon.

PM: Sail to Esna. Cross the lock and sail to Edfu.

Overnight Edfu

day 9

AM: Visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Sail to Kom Ombo.

PM: Visit the Temple shared by the two gods Sobek & Haroeris. Sail to Aswan

Overnight Aswan

day 10

AM: Disembarkation after breakfast. 

Travel by road to Abu Simbel and visit The Great Temple

Please note that Abu Simbel by road can be quite a long journey and you may which to fly to Abu Simbel at a supplement  £190 per person
