When you book travel services with Soliman Travel, your money is protected. In our 40 years of trade, we have always been committed to ensuring full financial protection for our clients. We want you to feel completely confident when booking with us.

Soliman Travel is a limited company incorporated and registered in England with company number 1799978.

Soliman Travel holds an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL) Number 2556, granted yearly by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), after very close scrutiny of our accounts and trading patterns. We pay a protection levy to the CAA for every UK-based client we book. This means that in the unlikely event that Soliman Travel enters insolvency, you remain protected by the CAA who will ensure you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid for an advance booking. It is important to note that ATOL protection might not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on our website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, then your booking will not be ATOL protected – and if you do receive an ATOL certificate only those parts of your holiday listed on it will be protected. Soliman Travel is an accredited IATA (International Air Transport Association) agent (91219623). This gives us access to around 250 IATA airline members using a single standard Sales Agency Agreement and authorisation to sell international and/or domestic airline tickets on behalf of member airlines. IATA members are obliged to comply with the highest industry standards in all dealings with airlines and our clients.
